Denise was born in Anchorage, Alaska and moved to Florida in 1998. She has been in the dental field for 22 years and has worked for Dr. Redd for 14 years as a hygiene coordinator and dental assistant. She loves working at Tampa Smiles because "it is a private practice with 5 women and one doctor, like a big family." She loves to have fun while taking excellent care of patients. She is married with two children, including a daughter at Johnson and Wales University studying to become a private chef.

Nancy has worked with Dr. Redd for over 20 years. She moved to Tampa (Davis Island) when her husband retired from the United States Navy. She has one son who is married and shares her love of nature and outdoor sports. She enjoys playing golf, going on walks, watching her favorite Bravo TV shows, and treasure hunting at local Goodwill stores. She is very passionate about making a difference in her patients' oral health.

Pam always found going to the dentist interesting and fun growing up. She began working as a dental assistant in 1987 and earned her degree in dental hygiene in 1995, joining Dr. Redd in 2000. Pam is quick to make patients feel at ease by building confidence, trust, and friendship with each one. She finds the most rewarding part of her job is seeing patients' results. She lives in Hyde Park with her husband and is a dedicated soccer mom to her two sons.

Raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, Blair graduated from the dental hygiene program at BridgeValley Community and Technical in Montgomery, West Virginia, in 2017. She moved to Tampa shortly after graduating to enjoy life closer to the beaches. Blair focuses on educating patients about their oral health and believes a healthy oral environment leads to better overall health. She is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association. In her spare time, she enjoys her two Golden Retrievers, Salem and Asher, playing fetch at the beach.
